Debate Methodology

This methodology defines the structure used by PlanetaSOStenible.info to ensure transparency, traceability, and argumentative coherence in every public debate.

1. Initial Statement

The debate begins with a clear formulation of one or several theses, questions, or legal, scientific, or institutional problems that require evidence‑based public analysis.

2. Call for Participation

A public call will be issued and, when appropriate, specific invitations will be extended to:

  • Institutions with competence in the subject matter
  • Academia and recognized experts
  • Civil society organizations
  • Interested citizens

3. Registration and Participation

Participation takes place through the official form available on the PlanetaSOStenible.info website. This form allows for:

  • Identification of the participant
  • Submission of argumentative documents
  • Contribution of evidence or public sources

Anonymous public interventions may be accepted, provided that the participant’s identity is known to the debate supervisors.

4. Supervision

The debate supervisor does not act as a decision‑making authority nor as a doctrinal validator. Their role is to ensure compliance with the regulations and to guarantee the proper organization of the exchange.

5. Development and Publication

All contributions will be published in an orderly manner, allowing for clear identification of the central theses and the arguments presented by each position.

6. Closure

Once the established period has ended or contributions have ceased:

  • The debate will be formally closed.
  • A synthetic and analytical report will be prepared.
  • A brief period for comments and observations will be opened.
  • The institutional dissemination strategy will be defined.

All information generated will remain public and will not be used for commercial purposes.
